This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice morning and evening instead of daily at 10.30a.m., 01.30p.m., and 6.30p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26910 of 2023, dated 28.11.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
