Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refrain the expansion programme in respect of the PVC Resin Paste by the existing firm Chemplast Sanmar Ltd., at Mettur, its Head Office being the 6th respondent by issue of suitable orders and directions to them and also take steps to even stop existing production of the same urgently.
