ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2023 and award 2 marks for question No.32 and 107 and consequently provide petitioner with Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. The petitioner is a Post Graduate degree holder and had written the Teachers Eligibility Test in the year 2017. She has secured 81 marks out of 150 marks. As per eligibility criteria minimum marks for eligibility is 88 marks. According to the petitioner, she was not awarded marks for the question No.32 and 107. After a period of six years, the petitioner made a representation to consider and award two marks for question No.32 and 107. The petitioner did not even raise any objection for the answer key issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondent. Now, after seeing notification to the post of B.T. Assistant, the petitioner submitted representation seeking two marks for question No.32 and 107.
4. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 09.01.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No 3/4
