ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 2 nd respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner to secure his property at Door No.365, Near Athur Bus Stand, Salem by enabling him to peacefully access and erect a fence around the property.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the dispute is civil in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the competent Court in the manner known to law.
