2.Both the learned counsel submit that there is no disputation or contestation that Arbitral Tribunal has since been constituted and that the first sitting of the Arbitral Tribunal is scheduled to be held on 24.02.2020 (Monday), which is 5 working days away.

In the light of aforesaid undisputed obtaining position, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these three applications by observing that it is open to the applicant and the respondent to place photocopies of pleadings in these three applications before Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal with a request to treat the same as applications under Section 17 of 'The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act No.26 of 1996)' which shall hereinafter be referred to as 'A and C Act' for brevity and if this course is adopted, though obvious, it is made clear that it is open to the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal to deal with these applications on their own merits treating them as applications under Section 17 of A and C Act http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
