ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.8005 of 2024 on the file of Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The grounds taken by the petitioners are in the nature of defence which can be taken only during trial and therefore, there is no reason to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.8005 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

6. The petitioners are at liberty to take all their defense before the Magistrate during trial.
