ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to grant all benefits conferred on similarly placed persons by way of implementation of the order issued by the 2nd respondent dated 12.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The first petitioner was appointed as Vaccinator in the Department of Health and joined the service on 13.03.1972. The second petitioner was appointed as Vaccinator and joined the service on 19.11.1973. Both the petitioners retired from service on 30.11.2006 and 31.01.2010 as Block Health Supervisor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners in the

light of the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.09.2023 in R.No.14683/MPI/S3/2016-130, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
