This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17113 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8671 of 2023, dated 30.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
