This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13398 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8295 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on the 1st week and 3rd week of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
