Order VII Rule 1 C.P.C., seeking for a Judgment and Decree against the defendants as follows: a) to declare that the Plaintiffs are the absolute owners in respect of Schedule B mentioned undivided share of land in proportion to the entitlement set out in Schedule B, b) for the cost of the suit.

Mr.V.Ramesh JUDGEMENT Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side present and represented that the matter has already been

amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras. Mediation was conducted and Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 08.01.2026 was sent along with the mediation report dated 28.01.2026, which were produced before this Court.

2. This Court perused the Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The parties have amicably settled the matter between themselves. Therefore, this Court decreed the Civil Suit in C.S.No.275 of 2024 in terms of Joint Compromise arrived at between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 08.01.2026 shall form part of the decree in C.S.No.275 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that the Court fee may be refunded in the names of the plaintiffs 1, 2 and 3.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Suit stands disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo. Registry is directed to refund the entire court fee to the plaintiffs 1, 2 and 3.
