This petition is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in preferring the Writ Appeal.

Since we do not find any merit in the Writ Appeal, no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondent individual if the delay is condoned and the matter is taken up on merit.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal.
