The petition has been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.251 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
