ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to cross-examine the persons mentioned in the letter dated 01.10.2024 and to supply the examination reports with respect to the bills of entry covered in the subject show cause notice.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the writ papers.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made to that effect, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.39564 of 2024 is closed.
