For Petitioner (in all CRP's) : M/s.Vasudha Thiagarajan COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision petitions are filed seeking a direction to learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to pass an appropriate order to advance the hearing in IA.Nos.1, 2, and 3 of 2025 in Arb.OP.No.224 of 2025.

2. It is stated by the petitioner that originally the date of hearing was fixed on 27-10-2025 and subsequently, the matter was adjourned to 21-012026. If the petitioner wants advancement of the hearing, he should file an 2/4

application before the concerned court seeking advancement of hearing mentioning urgency. Therefore, the revision petitions filed by the revision petitioner before this Court cannot be entertained. Further, the prayer in these revision petitions have become infructuous in view of passage of time (i.e., the date of hearing is already over). In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the concerned court seeking advancement of hearing. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and final orders shall be passed in that application on its own merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
