ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and further to direct the respondent to fix a particular final day for the appearance of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Usha, C.S.R.No.752 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 04.01.2020 and hence the question of harassment does not arise.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
