This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16350 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9236 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing the final report.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
