This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30a.m., afternoon at 2.30p.m., and evening at 5.30p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27162 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30a.m., for a further period of 30 days and weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
