2.The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, has given sufficient reasons for the delay. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Since this Court is satisfied with the reasons for the delay, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
