J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by S. Vaidyanathan,J.) The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14.08.2023 passed in W.P. No. 13159 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that the document has been registered vide Document No. 3603/2023 dated 04.09.2023 before the 2nd respondent.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, nothing survives and the writ appeal stand disposed of.

If the appellant has got any grievance with regard to the registration of the document or any other points taken, it is open to the 2\4

appellant to challenge the same in accordance with law. 5.

Since it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that by creating fake documents and based on police complaints, documents are registered for the layout, it is made clear that the order passed by this Court will be applicable only to the present case on hand and it cannot be quoted as a precedent in respect of other cases as the question involved in the writ petition was whether registration can take place in the absence of original documents.
