The petitioners are figuring as accused in PRC No.5 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - II, Karaikal, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 302, 324 r/w 149 of IPC and Non Bailable Warrant is pending against them.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall appear before the Committal Court on 09.01.2020. The learned Committal Magistrate is directed to accept their surrender and consider their petition for recall of warrant on the same day of surrender.
