NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed to permit the petitioner/Guardian to foreclose the Term deposit account No.135000023427/4 for a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- in the name of Minor Srinidhi lying with the Canara Bank, Puthur Branch, Trichy prematurely and direct the Registry to return the abovesaid fixed deposit receipts to the applicant.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the papers.

3.I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

A.No.95 of 2024 in O.P.No.1058 of 2018 A.A. NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to utilize the amount of Rs.75,00,000/- from the Term Deposit Account No.135000023427/4 lying with the Canara Bank, Puthur Branch, Trichy, in the name of Minor Srinidhi for purchasing the residential apartment, morefully described in the schedule and further permit the petitioner to lodge the original Sale Deed before the Registrar General of Madras High Court for safe keeping.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the papers.

3.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed and the applicant is permitted to lodge the original Sale Deed before the Registrar General of Madras High Court for safe keeping. Time is granted for a period of four weeks.
