Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct proper survey of petitioners land and earmark the four boundaries in Survey No. 571/1 at Ganapathipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur in terms of Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries ACT 1923 based on petitioners online application dated 23.07.2025 within stipulated time as prescribed by this Honble court 1/6

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct proper survey of petitioner's land and earmark the four boundaries, based on petitioners online application dated 23.07.2025.
2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had purchased the subject property vide sale deed dated 30.10.2023. Based on the said sale deed, an online application 2/6
dated 23.07.2025 was filed by the petitioner, requesting the respondents to conduct proper survey of petitioner's land and earmark the four boundaries. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, the petitioner had purchased the subject property vide sale deed dated 30.10.2023. Based on the said sale deed, an online application dated 23.07.2025 was filed by the petitioner, requesting the respondents to conduct proper survey of petitioner's land 3/6
and earmark the four boundaries. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondents till date.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
