The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Original Petitions and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect in both the applications :

"Petition permit to withdrew and dismissed"

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the applications, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioners to file a fresh application.
