A.No.6200 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J., This Application has been preferred by the Applicant to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months to complete the pending arbitration proceedings by passing an award under Section 31 read with Section 30 of the Act.
2. Heard Ms.T.Madhumitha, learned counsel for M/s.King and Patridge, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr.Anisho Gupta, learned counsel for M/s.Dna Associates, for the respondent.
3. This is an Application seeking formal extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months. The learned counsel on either side submit that they have no objection for the mandate being extended for a further period of six months.
