This Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Cr.No.424/2024 on the file of the third respondent to any other officer under the supervision of the first respondent and conduct proper investigation.

2. Therre is no representation for the petitioner. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed in S.C.No.27/25 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Erode.
