Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the order of detention order dated 02.12.2019 passed by the second respondent in their proceedings C.O.C.No.62/2019 dated 02.12.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely Sivakumar @ Valluvakudi Kumar, male, aged about 39 years residing at North Street, Valluvakudi Village, Sirkazhi Taluk, Naagpattinam District, who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Trichy, as a Bootlegger under Section 3(1) of the Tamilnadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982) before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C.O.C.No.62/2019 dated 02.12.2019 detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.377 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 20.01.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
