This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 26260 of 2023, by an order dated 20.11.2023, to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
