Respondent(s) This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 and 28.05.2025 to recognize the petitioner as one of the Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu poiyamozhi Vinayagar temple Deevanur Village, Tindivanam taluk as per section 54(1) of the Tamilnadu Hindu Religious and charitable Endowment act 1959.

ORDER

This petitioner has made a representation dated 05.05.2025 and 28.05.2025 direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to recognize the petitioner as one of the Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu poiyamozhi Vinayagar temple, Deevanur Village, Tindivanam Taluk as per section 54(1) of the Tamilnadu Hindu Religious and charitable Endowment act 1959. However, no action is taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.
