PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of Detention passed by the second respondent in Memo BCDFGISSSV No.1117/2024 dated 11.11.2024 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu Dhamodaran @ Appu son of Munusamy aged about 24 years my son now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty.
