First respondent in the Second Appeal died.
2. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1510 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of first respondent in the Second Appeal, to set aside the abatement, and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as Respondents 14 to 18 in the Second Appeal, respectively.
3. Counsel on record for Respondents 4 to 13 submits that he has instructions from the proposed Respondents 14 to 18 to file Vakalat and enter appearance on their behalf.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.
6. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since there being no objection from the opposite side, I allow these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
7. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause
2/3 Title and print the name of Mr.T.R.Rajaraman for the newly impleaded respondents 14 to 18.
8. Post the Second Appeal for hearing on 07.03.2024.
9. In the meantime, counsel shall file Vakalat for the impleaded respondents.
