Mrs.C.N.G.Niraimadhi, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent-TNPSC states that the writ petitioner was subsequently appointed to the post of Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative Societies and accordingly his grievances were redressed. 2.Thus, no further adjudication on merits and on the grounds raised in this writ petition require to be considered. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
