The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 140(2), 308(3), 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.339 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that de facto complainant was abducted by the petitioner along with other accused, and thereafter on 08.06.2025, they had taken the de facto complainant's wife in an isolated place, where they were assaulted and at knife point they were threatened to execute some documents pertaining to the property which is in possession of the de facto complainant, and later they were released. Hence, the complaint.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that this Court already dismissed the bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25261 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025. He further submitted that the investigation in this case completed and final report has been filed, and that the petitioner has one previous case . Hence, he strongly opposed the grant of bail.
4. Considering the gravity of the offences and bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/4
