This petition is filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal against the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18211 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are of the opinion that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition stands allowed.
