ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 29.03.2024 and to take necessary disciplinary proceedings against the 4th respondent and pass orders.

3. The facts of the case is that the subject property was a joint family property and the petitioner's husband has right over the same. When this being the case the relatives of the petitioner are attempting to drive the petitioner from the subject premises and threatening her by breaking the door and causing disturbance to her. It is pertinent to note that the suit was pending regarding the issue before the Court below. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 29.03.2024 and the same was pending till date. Hence, this petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be 2/4

suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2024 and pass orders.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they will consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observations this writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
