ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to register the decree in O.S.No.4 of 2018, passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District dated 07.12.2020 by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 03.05.2022 and 05.08.2025 in accordance with law.

2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of st respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up the 1 for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.4 of 2018 before the Additional District Munsif Court, nd Thittagudi, Cuddalore District for permanent injunction against the 2 respondent and the suit was decreed on 07.12.2020, thereby the petitioner st respondent for registration of decree on presented the application before the 1 st respondent did not register 03.05.2022 in O.S.No.4 of 2018. However, the 1 the same and further the petitioner made a representation on 05.08.2025 in this regard and so far, no action has been taken to register the decree. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

Government Advocate appearing for the 1 6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the st petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1 respondent and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to st present the decree passed in O.S.No.4 of 2018 for registration before the 1 respondent as per the procedure laid down in the Registration Act, 1908. If any st respondent is directed to such decree is presented by the petitioner, the 1 register the same in terms of Section 18 of the Registration Act, 1908.
