kkd 3.The first petitioner, who is the wife of deceased Thangavel would aver that due to the untimely death of her husband on account of the accident that occurred on 28.01.2020, the full responsibility to take care of the family rests on her. She has three minor daughters and an aged mother-in-law. Due to financial constraints, as mentioned supra, delay of 220 days occurred in preferring this appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 220 days is hereby condoned. 06.10.2025 kkd To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Mettur.
