PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the docket order dated 22.11.2019 in Sr.No.8729/2019 in C.M.P.No.2611/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V at Coimbatore deals accordance with law and consequently direct the respondents to repay the sum of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Only) which was obtained in cash from the petitioner and to return the two cheques bearing Nos.279337 dated 16.11.2019 and 279338 dated 16.12.2019 drawn at United Bank of India, Coimbatore Branch each for a sum of Rs.27,00,000/- (Rupees Twently Seven Lakhs Only) in favour of the second respondent herein and the two blank promissory notes executed by the petitioner herein as security for the said sum, along with the Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.10.2019 to the petitioner.
