This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the Secretary name herein in the place of the deceased late S.Ponmudi Secretary, Orathur, Thiruvallurvar Uyarnilai Palli Committee, arrayed as petitioner in the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections to substitute the proposed party in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.29346 of 2019.
