(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 14.02.2023 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem, in S.C.No.163 of 2021, this petition has been filed.

2. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by showing sufficient cause, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
