The prayer in this petition can not be sustained, inasmuch as it is for recovery of money allegedly spent on the education of the wife pursuant to the agreement reached between the parties prior to the marriage. This is a disputed claim, which cannot be decided in a miscellaneous petition that too in an appeal against the order dismissing the petition filed by the wife seeking divorce.
