ORDER

The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore the appeal in S.A.No.80 of 2017, which was dismissed on 12.11.2024 for nonprosecution by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is to be noted that the respondents, even though they were impleaded in the Second Appeal, had not entered appearance. As they have already not diligent in prosecuting the Second Appeal, this Court has no impediment in ordering the restoration of the Second Appeal.

3. In fine, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.9196 of 2025 in S.A.No.80 of 2017 is ordered as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
