] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 591 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur, Ponneri, dated 05.08.2021 made in S.C.No.22 of 2018.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
