This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25829 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners havebeen regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.25829 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
