PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., pleased to modify the conditions, "that the petitioner/A1 shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Salem daily thrice at 9.00a.m., 2.00p.m., and 6.00p.m., and shall sign until further orders imposed to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3780 of 2023 in Crime No.249 of 2023 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, dated 18.10.2023.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner/A1 shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Salem daily thrice at 9.00a.m., 2.00p.m., and 6.00p.m., and shall sign until further orders imposed to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3780 of 2023 in Crime No.249 of 2023 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, dated 18.10.2023.
