This petition has been filed to amend the relevant portion in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.28059 of 2024 and the order dated 11.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28059 of 2024 as "Section 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, and Section 4 of TNPHW

Act, 2002" instead of Section 294(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 and satisfaction Court as "Bail to the satisfaction of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level) at Chengalpattu" instead of Bail to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu, wherever they appear for.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
