Petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that joint family property, petitioners along with others mortgaged the joint family property. Hence complaint has been given and it is under investigation.

3. In the circumstances stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), it is suffice to issue direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry on summons. On such appearance,police shall enquire the complaint in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
