This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.26610 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot and the next date of hearing is on 20.12.2024. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.26610 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, on 20.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
