The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27699 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, B1, North Beach Police Station, Chennai on every day at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

rst 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai on 05.03.2025 and thereafter, whenever the date fixed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I , Thiruvannamalai.
