This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4480 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai - 08 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
