The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 20(2) of Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 and Section 275, 123 of BNS in Crime No.370 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.21813 of 2025 on 09.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
